APTG actively welcomes new members from the Amersham area or beyond. If you enjoy any aspect of theatre from acting, directing, to helping backstage you're welcome to come along and join us.

You do not have to act or direct. You may just want to join the group for social activities or help put the play on.
But if you can do any of the following, we would welcome your help to:

•  Build the set
•  Look after the front of house (the audience)
•  Man the bar
•  Man the coffee stall
•  Decorate the set
•  Set up the lighting for the show
•  Prepare and run the sound effects plot
•  Stage Management
•  Props for the plays
•  Costumes used in the plays
•  Prompt the actors when it goes wrong (very rare)

Or just come along and be part of the group!

Even if you feel that you have no skills to offer, or don't fancy any of the above, come along anyway we can always get you to hold a ladder or something

Annual subscription is £16 per person or £8 for the half year.

We also have a mailing list so that you get advanced notification of plays to be performed
